權力腐化，更大權力更腐化，絕對權力絕對腐化

FateAndTheFuture:  權力就像毒品一樣，會令人上引的。像吸毒一樣，會越吸越多，不能自拔。權力也是一樣，一旦嘗試過，就永遠都不能放棄。任何權力都會腐化，更大的權力就更腐化，而絕對的權力就絕對腐化。

憲法的主要目的，就是為人民防範統治者的好意。每個年代，每個歲月，都有充滿好意的人。他們都相信自己沒有任何私心，只是一心一意為人民謀福福利。當然，他們誠心做個好的統治者。但他們最終的目的就是要做統治者。

人民的兩大適人就是，無法無天的人，和政府。
